After working inside school systems and nonprofit networks, I saw how overwhelming it can be to juggle strategy, reporting, and impact storytelling—especially with limited time and capacity. I started this consulting practice to be a reliable, thoughtful partner to the people doing this work every day.

My goal is to bring clarity and care to the work behind the scenes—whether that’s designing a survey, creating a clean data system, or helping you draft your next end-of-year report. I approach each project as a partnership rooted in trust, flexibility, and shared purpose.

I graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Sociology, where I first developed a deep interest in how systems and structures shape people’s everyday lives. That lens continues to guide how I support schools, nonprofits, and purpose-driven teams today.

In my free time, I love journaling, cooking, and reflecting on what it means to build things with intention.
